HemeCounter was a prototype app I created with the help of my daughter who is a pathologist. Using ? code with the xbox platform for the code and my artistic abilities for the drawings of the various types of blood cells, we put together a cell counter that could be used on the iPhone.
Clicking on the first far left button brings you to the bone marrow counter page. Looking at a slide the pathologist would see these cells in varying numbers. As each type of cell is counted they ould click the appropriate button. The numbers would appear in the white ovals beneath the clicked cell type. Next clicking on the "Total%" button would translate the numbers of each cell counted into the percentage of each cell found on the slide.
The next two buttons would bring the pathologist to the peripheral blood cell counter pages. They work the same as the bone marrow counter.
